- Select Sector Type: Admin chooses between Public Sector (Government) or Private Sector (Private Corporate) using radio buttons
- Add Comment: Admin provides approval comment (optional)
- Approve: Profile is approved with sector type stored permanently
- Notification: Corporate user receives notification of approval
